Accounts


  • All entries must be accompanied with a check or money order payable to the River Ridge Charity Horse Show and mailed to the Show Secretary
  • All fees are stated in US currency
  • Mastercard and Visa may be used for payment of fees
  • Please see separate form for credit card payments
  • All accounts must be paid in full at the Horse Show Office before Entry Numbers will be given out.
  • Stalls will not be reserved unless paid in full

 

IMPORTANT NOTES!

  • A SIGNED open check must be left in the office prior to packets being distributed
  • The Horse Show WILL NOT be open on Sunday morning following the show
  • No Adjustments to Accounts Will Be Made After Saturday Evening
     

Pre-Entries


  • Entries close April 3, 2011
  •  
    Entries postmarked after the closing date will be considered late entries
  • Late entries will be assessed a $25 per horse late fee
  • Entry blanks must be completed in full and have payment and applicable membership cards
  • No entry will be processed without aformentioned being complete
  • NO REFUNDS

 

Returned Checks


  • A penalty of $50 will be charged for all returned checks
  • Cash or certified funds must replace returned checks.  No one will be allowed to show if they have outstanding fees

 

Association Fees


  • Money for any/all association membership fees (i.e. USEF, ASHA, AHHS, UPHA) must be made payable to the associations by using a separate check for each association.
